REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years Experience in Sales
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
• Call Center experience a plus
• Basic Computer skills (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Rapid learner - able to learn and has the desire to learn
• Self-motivated
• Engaging personality with strong communication, presentation & listening skills
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well individually, as well as within a team
• Pleasant and professional demeanor in all client communications
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Excellent English language skills, in both written and verbal communications

We offer an extensive bonus structure. This is a base plus bonus position. Be in charge of your salary by using your sales skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing forensics reports
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Experience with information technology systems and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

monthly SALARY:

$26,000pesos + bonus.
