Full-time, Base Salary + Commission

As an inside sales professional for one of the top digital forensics companies in North America, you should be highly self-motivated and goal oriented with a background in technology. We are looking for talented sales professionals who have experience selling technology or services to businesses and end users. You will need to be smart, a quick-learner and skilled at reading the customer.

Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 3 years B2B (Business to Business) sales experience
Marketing experience a plus
Prior experience calling business owners a plus
Prior experience in outbound calls preferred, but not required
Strong communications and phone skills
Consultative selling and closing skills or the aptitude to learn these skills
Ability to manage and prospect using CRM software
Positive attitude and energetic approach to each day
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Positive, competitive, and determined team player with excellent closing skills
Base salary plus commission with benefits

We have a unique opportunity for an attorney experienced in tech and cyber litigation. Attorneys here have the chance to work with a great team of technical, sales, and operations personnel on the cutting edge of forensics investigations. You will support the business with legal advice, and provide creative and practical solutions to complex and often novel legal solutions. Job will involve drafting complaints and subpoenas and drafting and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Quick learner seeking a busy workload who is willing to stretch outside of his or her comfort zone. He or she will also need strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data and documents with precision and attention to detail. Must be able to handle a large and diverse workload. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organization. Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple projects. Must have at least 3 years of experience in tech and cyber law and must also be a licensed Ohio attorney.

Software Developer

Successful candidates will design, develop and modify proprietary software to perform Data Recovery Tool For Windows NTFS/FAT/VFAT.

Develop data recovery and forensics analysis software for various file systems FAT/NTFS/HFS/HFS+/Ext234/UFS/NWFS. Use scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

Develop solutions to repair and rebuild RAID Arrays in order to perform data recovery operations. Create, maintain, and present technical documentation of all code development.

Analyze clients' needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.

A bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in Software Engineering and 5 years of experience as a Software Developer are required.
