Researchers at Lancaster University have found a way to hack pick unlock access to the smartphone on the Android platform.
Scientists have discovered that a password can be calculated with the camera and special applications. At the same time the owner of the smartphone may be on the recording device at a distance of two meters. Application of five attempts to pick up the key on the movements of the fingers.
Experts say that complex passwords are evaluated in 97.5% of cases, and simple – only 60%. The researchers believe that attackers can use this method to steal confidential information or imperceptible introduction of malicious software on the device, while the owner is distracted by something.
