Oxygen Forensics releases a minor update to its flagship forensic software, Oxygen Forensic® Detective. Version 8.3.1 supports physical acquisition via custom forensic recovery method for new Samsung Galaxy devices, like Galaxy Note 4 CDMA Verizon (SM-N910V), Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Sprint (SM-N920P), etc. The updated Oxygen Forensic® Detective extracts information about Wi-Fi connections from Windows Phone devices. Small interface and usability improvements have been made to Oxygen Forensic® Maps. Oxygen Forensic® Detective now acquires data from Skype from BlackBerry 10 devices and supports 1820+ apps versions in total.
